Melanie, Administrative Assistant
| Making a counselling appointment can be stressful. Some clients have dialed and hung up a few times before following through. We thought it might help you to know about the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Melanie (pronounced Mah-LAY-nee) is our well loved and appreciated key to Bergen and Associates Counselling day-to-day-operating. You can call her about any questions you might have, and if she is not able to answer it, she will work to get an answer for you and get back to you. She is able to book and change appointments as well as respond to questions and inquiries knowledgeably . We can hardly imagine a time when she wasn't with us, but she has had experiences of working in service based industry, as well as "front line" work with children in various capacities. Melanie generally works Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Rebecca Bergman is our client care manager that works when Melanie is off...generally Wednesdays...she's absolutely great too! |
